Measure the shell.
Record inches, edge to edge. An old cover can be measured if it still fits well.

Measurement illustration · not a cutting template
Record the outside-to-outside dimensions of the spa lip. An old stretched or waterlogged cover is not a reliable template.

Rounded corners need a radius. Cut corners need their own measurement. Leave uncertain details for us to check.
Note the fold and skirt. Have photos of the spa, old cover and model plate ready for confirmation.
A noticeably heavier cover can indicate a waterlogged core. A dry foam core holds heat; a damaged vapour barrier can let water in.
Rain and snowmelt can pool in a sagging cover. Tapering from the hinge towards the outside helps water run off.
The hinge and skirt can let warm air escape. HST options include a full centre seal and overlap skirt.

Covers
Use the Custom Spa Cover configurator: brand, model, year, shape, measurements, taper, skirt, fold, colour and any upgrades — the same details HST Synthetics builds from. Pool Busters checks it, quotes it, and confirms the measurements with you before ordering.
Measure the spa shell edge to edge, in inches: A is one side, B the other, and C is the cut corner or the corner radius on shapes that have one. The configurator shows a drawing for each shape. If the old cover fits well, measure that instead. Not sure? Send us photos and we'll measure with you.
Look for a label inside the equipment door or on the cabinet near the control pack; it usually carries the brand, model and year. Failing that, a photo of the whole spa from above and of the label plate is enough for us to identify most spas.
Yes. HST covers are made to measure for any brand, including swim spas and multi-panel covers. The configurator asks for the brand, model and year so we can cross-check the measurements.
