POOLBUSTERS QUOTE TERMS & CONDITIONS
This quote is valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing, availability and scheduling may change after this period. By approving or signing this quote and/or paying a deposit, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted these terms.
WORKMANSHIP & SERVICE GUARANTEE
Pool Busters will perform its work professionally using accepted industry practices and appropriate materials and equipment.
Pool Busters provides a one-year workmanship guarantee from the date our work is completed. If a defect directly resulting from PoolBusters workmanship is identified during this period, we will inspect the concern and repair covered workmanship at no additional labour cost.
This guarantee applies only to work performed by PoolBusters and does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper operation, water chemistry, freezing, groundwater, weather, pre-existing conditions, customer or third-party work, customer-supplied products, or failures unrelated to our workmanship.
Products and equipment are covered by their applicable manufacturer warranties. PoolBusters will reasonably assist with warranty claims for products we supply; coverage, replacement, labour allowances and approval remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and special-order products include, but are not limited to, pool liners, safety covers, custom covers and accessories manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer.
A deposit is required to initiate an order. Deposits and payments become non-refundable once production or ordering has commenced and, in all cases, after 48 hours from order placement, except where otherwise required by law.
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 48 hours and are subject to PoolBusters' approval and the manufacturer's ability to accommodate the request. Any additional costs resulting from requested changes are the customer's responsibility.
Customers must promptly report defects, shortages or concerns. Manufacturer-related defects, warranty claims, replacements or refunds are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty, terms and approval. PoolBusters will reasonably assist with warranty claims for products it supplied.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact PoolBusters regarding billing, product or workmanship concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
PoolBusters reserves the right to dispute chargebacks or payment reversals it considers unauthorized or unsupported and to recover outstanding amounts through lawful collection or legal remedies. To the extent permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for reasonable fees and costs incurred in recovering amounts properly owing.
POOL WATER
Unless specifically included as a line item in this quote, all pool water and associated costs are the homeowner's responsibility. This includes municipal water, water hauling, delivery charges and any additional water required during construction, repair, liner installation, draining, refilling, leak investigation or service.
PoolBusters is not responsible for water supplier pricing, delivery delays, quantities, shortages, billing discrepancies or disputes. These matters must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the applicable municipality, water supplier or delivery company.
GENERAL TERMS
Quoted work is based on conditions reasonably known or visible when the quote is prepared. Concealed or unforeseen conditions, including underground plumbing, electrical issues, structural deterioration, groundwater, damaged pool walls/floors or other conditions discovered after work begins, may require additional work and charges. PoolBusters will advise the customer when reasonably practical before proceeding with material additional work.
Manufacturer delays, weather, site conditions, permit/inspection requirements and other circumstances outside
PoolBusters' reasonable control may affect scheduling or completion dates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Ontario law.
